I will add to this. Adams cable is still stuck in the 90’s. They don’t maintain their lines enough which gives you poor connection. They need to close shop and sell to the big dogs in the business. I’m all for local business but not when that charge top dollar and not put money back into their product.

We have customer service representatives here 24/7 to take your call and our technicians are on the road Mon-Sat. If possible when you call please let the Customer Service Rep know if the pixilation is happening on just one TV or more than one. That will tell us if the issue is in the house or on the outside.
