Why is it that any movie or program on any given channel, high def and lower, whatever time of day or day of the week freezes, distorts, broken pixels, and when you call the line is busy or told they're working on it. WHY IS IT NOT EVER FIXED!!

Its their sandard operating procedure. The picture quality and internet speed is never what they promised. I have much better service using mobile data and a roof antenna.

Non stop pixelation, horrible internet speeds, rude customer service. Time Warner/Spectrum is no better, time for another option......
