First off, call 311 to confirm. Anyone can use the resource recovery in Doral, depending on the debris. If you have service with Miami-Dade County(the green container that says Miami-Dade) , you can go to one of the available mini-dumps.
Why is there still no recycling pickup in Coconut Grove? When will it be resumed?

As far as I know..we don't do the recycling pickups..
A private company does..even though we put the cans out. I would suggest you contact 311 to see if they can help with your answer
I have a few boxes of old ear pieces and megaphones that I want to get rid of. Can I bring them over and dump them there?

As long as you are taking them to the home chemical collection site, they will take as many as you have. Hope this helps.
