I have called and left several messages and have not been able to get through to anyone nor have I received a call back from them. It is extremely frustrating!!!

As another customer stated: "if you are closed and your phone line says you can talk an agent, at least someone could answer instead of no service line tone". Disappointed!!

First goes to your embassy and certificate your passport, fill the W7 form(better if you hire an tax expert) and send all them to the IRS by certified mail.

Florida Department of Revenue covers state taxes, not federal. Try IRS or ask your accountant.
