I have used this location 3 times in the past 5/6. I always come back to this location even though it's not the closest one to me. Not only do they have competitive rates, but every employee that I have encountered in the past years have always been the most friendly, helpful people I have ever met - and I mean every single one. I have never received better customer service in my life. Especially with Jennifer - she was heaven sent! My life has been stressful lately and I will admit, stuff happened that was on me and was my fault but even then, she still took care of me. She made the process so easy. I have never been so grateful. Jennifer really went above and beyond to help me out. Exceptional employee. Truly an outstanding experience, their care is really what sets them apart from other facilities/companies. Thank you so much again Jennifer for your kindness & all your help!
