Overall I’ve been very happy living here. The price is great for the location and amenities. Staff is very kind. I wish I could give 4.5 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. My only issue is the overall cleanliness could be better without a ton of additional effort. For example every time I look at the hot tubs the water has lots of debris. As well as the stairwells are never cleaned considering I see the same stains with the same smell as well as bundled up hair. But at the same time you shouldn’t expect much cleaner from an apartment where the average age of a tenant is early 20s.

Unit was filthy upon move in, the water pressure is little more than a dribble. No maintenance requests have been fulfilled except to change hvac filters. I wish I could post a video of the water pressure. It's beyond horrible.

SIGN YOUR LEASE ANYWHERE ELSE! While I understand most of the staff is college aged students with very little training, the FoCo Living managers and company as a whole, very clearly has little regard for the well being of its residents. From the after hours number not even being properly set up in case of lock outs, to allowing people who are a danger to others to sign a lease with their company, I can say with confidence that safety and general human decency is not a priority. You will save a lot of time and mental energy by not signing a lease with FoCo Living. You can clearly tell that all they care about is getting your monthly rent check.
