Some of the doctors and staff here are great. Others, not so much. For example, last Thursday I found my kitten with what I thought was a broken jaw. Called BF vet and the receptionist told me they couldn’t help her until the following Monday… I told her that my kitten can’t eat with her jaw like this so it can’t really wait that long, and she just said I could try somewhere else. I won’t trust Dr. Burt to touch any of my animals, so ended up driving to Sandpoint to a clinic that is always great. Turns out her jaw was just dislocated so it was an easy fix thankfully.

Lauren has been a life saver and truly listens and understands. The staff is always great and helpful, but Lauren absolutely makes it. My dog doesn't like almost anyone but he likes Lauren.

We bring all of our animals here! Even adopted a Mr. Buttersworth aka Butters. He's orange, and talks. Here's: Maximus Rex in Black w/matching Black Clarws, Mister in the Grey sporting a fashionable Mr Flippy Fish, and more recently we have Chloe the Feral Barn Cat... she's friggin awesome...talks, and plays fetch!!!! Then there's The One and Only....Cat!... dressed in the Grey fur minus the bald patch *why we were there, and the Master CatDog himself Dingus wearing his usual dapple coat of arms. He's is Cats big brother! Myself, and my friend both take our animals here. All these animals pictured are actual clients of Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic. Great place, good people, knowledge staff, honest pricing. We're at 5 stars permanent.
