Dr Bogh is amazing! She is so compassionate and gentle. All of my animals feel her warmth and are so secure when they are in her care. I highly recommend VCA for your pets needs they are the best! The staff is all great as well!!!

I have been going to VCA for years even when they were in the old building. I love the girls all but one is my issue. I always thought the customer was right? I have issues with one girl she hangs up on me she laughs at me I try not to deal with her but Heather so-called manager tried to make us play nice. I was not rude to her other than asking to speak with other people. She was the rude one and yet I get discipline for the customer!!! I never deal with Sally I always ask to speak to somebody else and every time she answers the phone puts me on hold forever call back put me on hold again she laughs at me she disconnects me. I get spanked? . I have nothing bad to say about VCA other than the manager Heather and Sally. She told me I can no longer go to VCA because of Sally. Well I’m taking this high up to the top and you better believe I’m gonna be a customer again. I also have an attorney because of this. I love Dr.Paul.Diana.Amanda Who have always been polite and cordial even when I’ve been being rude to them. I apologize girls. I love everything about VCA it’s clean. doctors are awesome good service blah blah blah except for the manager Heather and Sally.

This place is absolutely amazing I can’t even find words I’m so thankful they took care of my baby Kylie as if it was their own they did wonderful service this is an awesome vet place to take your pet to I highly recommend this place And now in days most of the places only care about the money and not your pet this place is totally opposite nice to know that they’re still good vets that care about your animals and not the money you guys were amazing and I think you guys so much for taking care of my baby

They accept care Credit, can apply for it online, they are very helpful. Give a call and ask them about your situation snd how much to apply for from care Credit. Most times one can get a no interest payment plan from care Credit.

I know its expensive.....but your pet has 2 be evaluated. It could lead to other health issues. Ill sat a prayer for you and your pet. Btw... The Less expensive Vet that i know is the Arrowview or Arrowhead vet Clinic on Highland in San bern across the street from Perris hill park. Hope that helps.
