Sometimes it takes forever to get maintenance done but they will for sure work with you on rent just as long as you stay in contact. The office has moved across the street which I like. Been a renter for 5 years now

The staff are wonderful. My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay ASAP during the initial onset of the pandemic. We were living in motels and didnt have good credit. Finding a home was difficult but Todd Enterpises really pulled some strings for us and got us in our home immediately. They are busy though and dont answer the phone too often. Best way to communicate with the staff is to go to their office in downtown Pontiac.

The office needs to answer there phones but that being said the maintenance staff is a five star and is under paid thanks for always getting it right the first time.

I have called and left a number of messages never receiving a return call. How can anyone rent from you if you don't return request for information!

Very rude people at office

I applied in the beginning of July, still no response. When will you ever answer your phone or return any phone call?

They don't ever answer the phone. I rent from them and usually if I leave a message they will call me back within two to three days. Your best bet is to go to the office someone is always in the office between 9 and 5 Monday through Friday

How am i supposed to reach anyone to rent from you? I have called several times to try to get an appointment. Noone has answered. I even went today to your office and it said ring bell. I rang the bell several times and no one came to the door.SoWTF

they are usually good about calling back but your better off to visit there office before noon.

Yes, the phone seems to not be answered often. I actually have yet to speak to someone over the phone however I have made contact via email. On there website there is a email address for Lee, the apparent owner. I would suggest that.
