Best wholesale option by far. Great pricing, fast service, most courteous and professional staff you will find in any company in America. If you doubt this, call them. You will be amazed.

UWM is the most offensive and persistent company for telemarketing calls. Pray your number never gets in their possession. I don't even need a mortgage and they call from various area codes ALL DAY. I've asked politely to not receive any calls since I don't need their services and yet I get at least 1 call per day for the past 30 days. They're actual people who do not take no for an answer. What a miserable existence those poor people that are paid to cold call and harass people who don't even need a #$(&@ing mortgage! I will never give this company my business.

Very difficult to work with. Multiple issues with payments getting into the right account on their end. Happened multiple months as well. Edited 10/5/2022- attaching photos from my chat with customer service. They have zero intention of helping when you contact them. The agent had no clue what is even on their website. That’s only a part of the conversation, that’s not even the worst of it. Do not let UWM service your mortgage. They are predators. I know the real estate business and they still got me. If you are at all not an expert or watching every payment closely you will be taken advantage of.

I LOVE UWM! Their Team of underwriters really work hard to go above and beyond! Sam Smith really helped me out on a loan we took from another lender, calling them to see if he could get the appraisal docs they weren't sending me. Thats customer service! Thank you Sam! :)

Hello Jeanetta, Mortgage sales are very common in the mortgage industry. This is typically done as a way for lenders to free up capital that can then be used to lend to other borrowers. If you have any questions about the transition of your loan, please let us know and we can have someone on our team answer them for you.
Lol, you should apply anytime. They're always accepting applications and hiring
In Pontiac, Michigan. They are definitely hiring! United Mortgage/ Shore Mortgage Pontiac off Martin Luther.
Hi Virgie, Selling loans is a common business practice for mortgage lenders to free up capital to lend to other borrowers. This is not a reflection of the borrowers payment habits. It will not have any impact on the mortgage itself, just the logistics of who and how you make payments. If you have any questions about the transition of your loan, please let us know and we can have someone on our team answer them for you.
I don't understand your question. You want PMI? Usually you have PMI/MIP when you put less than 20% down on a mortgage. If you're putting down very little on a mortgage, PMI / MIP is the insurance covering the lender in the event you default on your mortgage. Sometimes a higher rate can include that in your interest rate with the lender taking on the risk themselves with no PMI /MIP. If you have a good credit score, and put less down, United Wholesale Mortgage has some of the best rates around with no PMI /MIP. Check with a broker that is licensed in your state. Mortgage brokers have several programs that Banks do not offer.

No. For the most common 30 Year Mortgage, no they can not. Only if the terms are described in the Mortgage, like an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM). Then it states specifically when and how it could adjust but it has nothing to do with who is collecting your payments.
