Nothing special. "Warehouse" type feel. But that is strictly because this is NOT a UPS Store, this is an actual large UPS station where trucks come in and delivery vehicles are loaded. I will say I have always encountered friendly staff.

Although the office wasn't open at 6 am, one of their amazing drivers saw me walking away from the door and offered to drop my package inside! I was so grateful!!

Lol ups and the insurance will cover your package, someone could've stolen the package off of the porch your still covered 👍🏼
There is someone at the counter at all times, they break each other for lunch
