terrible follow-up at the pontiac-south location. i've used this location several times and it was fine, but i just brought my BMW in for an estimate and for the life of me cannot get anyone to call me back or email a reply so that i can schedule a time to drop off my vehicle. i guess they dont want my money -- i'll try someplace else.
