As far as Courthouses go, this one is nice. Unless you are there for all the wrong reasons. You will usually find helpful staff, easy to get around for the most part, and extremely clean. Also, their cafe is actually quite good.
The B Face Betty
Quick and easy process.

Cell phones are allowed in court now.

my brother recently wrote a review about his horrible experience with the courts and their unfair ppo ruling. They took his review down probably because they dont want to be exposed on how unlawful and injustice they are. He even posted screen shots showing how the petitioner had contacted him over and over again which proved that her life did not feel threatened having contact with my brother. My brother could not send his screen shots to the courts cause they kept rejecting it. I guess in oakland county your not allowed to present your evidence, or state your side of the story when fighting a ppo! I know my brother wouldn ever hurt anyone but oakland county made him look like a criminal. I can't believe that this place is allowed to exist.

You can order it online through court explorer or go in person to the County Clerks office.
Contact the clerk's office in the county where you were married.
Contact the court where the name change was applied for and/or granted. The clerk's office there should give you the proper information to get a copy of the change.
Check with the clerk's office in the municipality where the suspension occurred originally.
You can call the police department and ask if you have a warrant, but if you do. They can and will be able to track you down from call location. I think youd know if you have a warrant for your arrest, but call them up if youre nervous about it.
christ
You can Call circuit Court and ask for the mail desk.
Well, I am a paralegal, NOT an attorney - so I cannot provide legal advice on how to proceed. But with your question being kind of vague (type of charge for example) all I could add is there are way too many variables to know if it can be expunged. Michigan Law does now allow certain misdemeanors to be expunged from driving records. But certain ones cannot be expunged (such as DUI causing injury). Actually starting an expungement process involves completing a form, getting a certified order of conviction, fee to State Police, and a couple other things. Best thing to do, research the Michigan Expungement Statute [MCL 780.621]. Or of course, contact an attorney.
Call the Oakland County Clerks office
Go to line A at the Clerks office.
Everything is appointment based now. Call or go through the website. Sorry that's all I know about that.
No, you may google the Michigan Supreme Court approved forms. They have many templates
They email
You file it in the city where the incident took place. So at the clerk's office get the forms for small claims court action and fill them out pay the fee for filing. You will then get assigned to a judge in a court date.
You have to mail conservator/guardianship paperwork with any fee associated
You can just call up there and give them your name
I think you can look cases up on the courts site by entering the case number and or names.
Jail or probation
Each district court has a pay online option. Attached below is the 52nd district court link. If you need any other link just reply again. Sorry for your luck. https://www.oakgov.com/courts/district-courts/52-1/about/Pages/payment-methods.aspx
I had went there. The clerk's office sent me to the 5th floor. You turn right after getting out the elevator and push the doorbell with her name. They will come out and collect the documents.
Go to the ground floor of 1200 N. Telegraph Rd., Pontiac, MI. There's no cell phones nor devices that have a camera allowed in the building.
Yes, if the conviction happened in Oakland County. At the Clerk's office, I believe there is a fee. You may be able to get it online also.
You can go to the Law Library on campus for a template. The court is closed 12/24-12/25 and 12/31-1/1.
I'd call the clerks office or law library for further information. Good luck!
Free parking & ample parking very busy lot
Probably best to call and make arrangements to talk with someone so when you come to the building and go through security you can let them know where you are going. It should not be a problem but just to come without any direction as to whom you want to talk with would likely not be a good idea and kind of a waste of time.
At the clerk's office on the ground floor. Bring I.D.
Go to www.oakgov.com/clerkrod/life-events-and-services/Pages/concealed-pistol-license.aspx
At the insecurity desk.
You can order it online for a fee. www.oakgov.com Look for Clerks Office and the link for vital records or birth certificate.
1200 Telegraph
Call the Judges chambers/office directly or call the case management office
No, they do not. You can call the court to determine if your name is up for jury duty.
Yes you can order online
You go to the county clerk, give them your name and they will provide your case number. You can review your file and order copies.
visit your state court's website in advance and look for appropriate child custody forms, print and fill them out. Then vist the clerks office in the courthouse to file them.
Just call your judges clerk and they can find out for you
Vist the County clerk, located inside the building and they will guide you thru it. If you have minor children the filing fee will cost more.
Look him up on oakland county inmate locator find out his inmate number and the jails mailing address and write your fiance telling him therez money to call your line
You show up if there's a hearing scheduled before the judge. Otherwise, you can write a letter to the FOC. Include your case number. You can only forgive money that's owed to you.
