The property is owned and operated by Slavik, a small and well~managed company. (Protip: the bigger the property management company, the poorer the service and maintenance.) The office staff is on-point and friendly. The maintenance crew is perpetually short-staffed because the maintenance supervisor is toxic, but this does not have much effect on resident experience. Urgent repairs are addressed immediately, minor ones may have to wait a few days, and snow removal may be an all day affair when they are down to two or three guys. Hampton was built on swampland so the townhouses are very prone to basement leaks and building settling is a big issue, hence sticky doorwalls and windows, etc. The units are not as fancy as people expect for the price range, but you are paying for location, which is primo. And residency gives access to pool, golf, fishing holes and scenic strolls.
