There's 2 Items to publicize that were not handled well with by this management company so fair warning to the public: 1. There was a tree leaning severely towards my house, it would crash into my place very soon. Management said they would cut it down, but months later they never did, so I had to pay to cut it down before winter set in. They own the land, I own the house. It's a lot if money to repair my house and unneeded trouble to let the tree crash into my house let alone injury to me, so I had it taken down with their consent at my expense. So wrong on their part, I can tell you this company just doesn't care about you. 2. Today I have a friend with an RV coming in from out of state for a week. I asked the manager Kevin, if she could park in the huge parking lot across from the Clubhouse for 2 days and he said yes for 2 days, but not if she stays overnight in RV. He stated he's afraid she will want to live there permanently. This man makes poor decisions and has an unfair, incorrect attitude towards owners here with visitor accommodations. My friend would certainly not choose to live here, she lives in Ilinois. There is no reasoning with Kevin, you only receive arguments and unreasonableness, anything to make life miserable at this complex with this management. They have gone through 3 managers in about 3 years. Public beware!!

A 55 community who are allowing more and more younger people move in. Many issues here. I could go on and on.
Yes it's for ppl without kids I believe though
There is new and used homes. Lot rent is around 600.00. They also rent homes as well. It's a senior community 55 and up.
Yes, there are homes available to rent with option to buy.
Patricia, if you have access to the internet, go to Avon on the Lake. Then Scroll down to (Avon on the Lake Senior Living in Rochester Hills, MI) takes you to our home page. Click on tab Homes. You can view all homes for rent or sell. 🙋
Don't know about veterans you'd have to ask at the office. To be approved just fill out the application. I don't think there's much to being approved. It is a 55+ community so that's the only restriction.
My grandmother lives there with her goldendoodle, so yes!
Supposed to be, but there are exceptions. Generally a very nice and quiet place to live.
I believe it is included in the monthly payment...at least it is included in our monthly rent payment
WE DON'T KNOW WHO OWNS THE PARK.
We have several mailbox centers throughout the community. Packages depending on their size are either delivered to your home or the mailbox center.
Check with the office, don't want to give you incorrect information. Very nice place to live.
Depends on where the lot is. Basic is $570. premium loss are $580.
I don't believe there's a size restriction but there are breeds that aren't allowed.
