Horrible place to work for, and staff is very cliquey. Constantly understaffed and underpaid while coworkers who abuse patients never receive disciplinary action in spite of being reported. Residents are wonderful, but management is very unprofessional and rude while playing favorites. I would never send my relative here as its also overpriced.

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would! My mother moved into Bellbrook Memory Care at the end of her life. We had some horrendous experiences elsewhere, so we were very nervous. BELLBROOK EXCEEDED OUR HOPES IN EVERY WAY. The staff was attentive and caring; the medical oversight effective; and they saw my mother as a whole person, not just someone with dementia. I spent a great deal of time in her unit so I witnessed the staff's treatment of all their residents. They were respectful, patient, engaging and caring. In addition to attending my mother, they cared for us (her family) as we sat with her. To my astonishment, in her final days, they even brought us fresh coffee in the morning and offered food throughout the day to keep us going. A deep sense of spirituality permeates the facility. And I found the staff in all departments to be caring and encouraging. I thank Bellbrook for their profound service to our family and recommend the facility to everyone!
