There is a base rent and it doesn't go by how many bedrooms. It goes by site. Plus you have to pay for water, garbage and school tax. Base rent this year was $611.00 but will probably go up again as it does every year. If you have a pet you pay another 20 for pet fee. Rochester is pretty. I grew up here. Great trails to walk. Yates Cider Mill on Dequindre and The Rochester Municipal Park on Ludlow is really nice. I took my kids there when they were growing up. Nice shops in down town fun to walk. You do have to pay for parking down town unless you know the area. 😁

They draw you in with a year of really cheap rent. When that year is up the price increases drastically. When I moved out last year I was up to I think $549 base rent. And that’s NOT for any premium or double lots. That was the cheapest.

Yes, they allow dogs. Have seen all breeds here, so not sure if they have restrictions. Monthly pet fee is $10, might require an additional deposit if you are renting. Did have a one pet policy, but it might have changed. Also, think they require a license for dogs, per Oakland County.

It will be picked separate from the garbage. Sometimes it's a special pickup and they wait until there are enough others to add. Sometimes the park comes around with a golf cart/trailer to pick up too. Just leave it out there, we have several bags out too and garbage left them!

The same. I had my papers the same day and moved in....but had to wait like 2-3 days for gas to be turned on.
Definitely a mobile home/trailer park.....It's not trash...A lot of very good people live here, a great community, and a lot of amenities....I like it.
