I had my son's party a couple years ago. They didn't give me a hard time about the deposit. We walked through it before hand together and took note of the issues

I just did that last month. Works great for a party

Can't send photos. But is is nice. One warning, they are very hard to get deposit back from. Held a graduation party there, cleaned up to better than we found it, refused to give deposit back due to water stain on carpet upstairs BEFORE we used it.
