Well as security comes there is a new security company they are doing the best they can to satisfied visitors and family. The out side is everybody and community business to help with all the drugs .and needles left in all around the building. And a man said all the security guard was rude to me. But he did not said he was rude first. His preference to see women security guards is his business. Hey i would too. If I was visiting a building.

Rude guy security when I visited my aunt. There were 2 ladies there for security that I really liked, but I guess they found a better job since I haven’t seen them anymore. They even helped my aunt off the ground. The other security said it’s not his job... how rude!. The building itself isn’t super terrible but it’s not really safe. There’s no safety ramps on the 5th floor. If there’s a fire how can these people go downstairs ? Managers are okay. One is kinda rude.

hm i only visited a few times and really thought the building was not up to safety code. They have all the residents in wheelchairs located on the 5th floor. That is really not safe. Also why is there only 1 security guard for the building? what if someone has an issue, but the one guard is not authorized to leave their station? very dumb and HUGE LACK OF STRUCTURE in this location.

Building not up to fire code. Located in a very bad area. Needles outside of the gate. Not enough security measures what so ever. One guard in front is not safe coverage for a building of that size especially when there’s an emergency. Management has a hard time communicating effectively. Lady named Jenny was amazing outside of that.
