Staff was very friendly, but there wasn't enough staff to keep up with a fully booked hotel. There were no extra towels available, and only 4 towels were in the room booked for 5 people. I booked a room with a sofa bed and received a room with a trundle which was too small for my teenagers. There were no pillows or bedding available for the trundle. Overall, it seems this location is not set up to handle families.

Great view from my room bed sleeps very well housekeeping was great. The pool as nice and cool actually had shade in this heat. My only vice is that valet is the only available parking for the hotel unless you find a parking garage not too far but will be just as pricey

Not bad for downtown Memphis Excellent location about a 10-minute walk from Beale Street. Plenty of options for dining out within walking distance. All staff interactions were top-notch. Parking is non-existent at this hotel. Unless you're willing to pay for valet, be prepared to hike to your vehicle.

Front desk rude and not friendly at all. They only have valet parking unless you park on street. Asked for cart for luggage they said to wait for another guest to bring down a cart. Didn’t offer to help in any way. Got a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. Asked for new room and they were again rude and didn’t offer any compensation for inconvenience. Website says they offer room service but they do not. I don’t recommend staying here. Room inside was not very clean. Thumbs down overall from us.
