Great place for overnight stay on a road trip. Building was a little difficult to find, and once we did, no clear signage to let us know we were at the property. Very clean and secure, but note the area around it has a lot of homeless. Be mindful at night

Would've probably been a 5-star rating had it not been for two incidents that happened back to back with housekeeping and then valet. Ultimately, the manager offered 5,000 points for the "inconvenience" of someone being in my room for no reason and clearly hanging out and then valet "forgetting" where my key and car was and offering me someone else's insisting it was mine. Didn't really seem like justice and I never got any follow up info on it. I really wish I could remember the young lady's name who checked me in at the onset my trip because she was honestly this hotel's saving grace for my entire stay. Always greeted me with a warm smile and any and all questions asked she didn't hesitate to get me an answer or solution. If anyone in management reads this she worked the evening of 5/22 and most nights that entire week. The young lady who completely tried to dismiss my claims worked the morning of that Friday and did not even attempt to get a manager to talk to me. She honestly almost made me check out right then and find another hotel. I won't knock the rooms as they are nice sized and accommodating. I just wished there was a microwave in the room and my refrigerator wasn't working very well. But that could be because someone other than myself went in it and left it ajar and it would never come back on after that. Spoiling what I had in the fridge. Why would you do that and then not take anything out of it. What was even the point?? I probably wouldn't stay here again even if I wasn't paying for it. All my coworkers stayed at other hotels and had much better stays and didn't have to pay for parking at $25 a day. All in all, it was "ok" which is less than what I normally get at this brand of hotel.

Marriott's hotel is always a great choice. The service is fast and easy. Valet parking only is the only reason why I am not completely happy but other than that, no complaints. The rooms are clean and check in is fast and easy. Also, they are following covid precautions carefully.

Wish I could give a 4.5 instead of just a 4 but dont think a 5 is appropriate. I really enjoyed my stay. The best part was the staff. Management should be very proud. Everyone was so helpful. There wasn't one person I encountered who didn't offer some kind of assistance. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I disliked was it smelled a little musty/stale but that was quickly remedied with a few pumps of spray. I also disliked that parking wasn't convenient. Valet is $25 but was full. There's only a few metered parking spots near the hotel. I had to park down the street in an open, unmonitored parking lot. Also the strawberry French toast at the Bistro bar was delicious. The hot white chocolate really hit the spot as well. I wish there were more food options but was satisfied. I would certainly recommend and stay here again myself.

What about parking? $$?

It's best to pay Valet - especially if you plan on doing a lot of coming/going. Self parking isn't worth the hassle. And, as someone else mentioned, your vehicle and your own personal safety is greater.
