This is a very nice place to stay. Every single person I've come into contact with has been friendly, accommodating and professional. The whole place is clean as a whistle and I see employees continuing to keep it that way wherever I go, from the lobby to the pool to the breakfast cafe. Speaking of breakfast, it was wonderful. Lots of variety, fresh food, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, hot coffee, and plenty of room to sit and enjoy! The employees seem to take great pride in their work as one very sweet lady told my excited 8 year old son, "It good! I cooked it myself!". Our room was very clean and smelled nice and the one issue we had on our first night with a slow draining shower, wasn't really an issue because he came within 2 minutes of our call and had it fixed in five. I would stay here again if I come back to Memphis and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

The room had a great view of the river and was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. They were ready to get us anything we needed. It was a good location and close to activities and sights, in the city. The breakfast bar had a good variety of hot food. It had a nice area outside if you are a smoker. The parking felt very safe and secure.

This was a pleasant stay on a limited budget. The room was clean, modern and had everything you would need. It wasn't walkable to downtown Beale St., which was a negative, and the parking garage looked pretty rundown, but was well lit, and we felt safe, for the most part. Front desk staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable, with clean, crisp bedding. Lots of hot water, and a nice view of the Mississippi River's blue bridge at night.

On the river, across from Mud Island, 6 block walk from Beale St! It is off season so relatively quiet. The room was spacious with a large walk in closet. And, front desk, Leslie (I think), super sweet, friendly and helpful EVERY.SINGLE.DAY! And near the Pyramid and giant Bass Pro Shop with a lodge and cabin rentals, we were there for a couple of hours! Go up the elevator to the observation deck for 360 degree views!

Unfortunately they do not allow pets. Only Service Animals are allowed.
I think it's 6 - 8 but I can be wrong
Room rate for 2 with a queen or king bed is 119.00 plus tax but most likely if ypu boomed multiple rooms you would receive some sort of discount
Hop on the trolley for only $1 it will take you there. The trolley Stop is very nearby.
