This company is completely unprofessional, does not effectively communicate with customers and has rude customer service. Don’t waste your time or money waiting for weeks before they tell you ‘keep waiting’. **EDIT** Just received a message from them offering a $75 store credit asking that I change my review. More unprofessionalism and why they won’t ever get my business. **SECOND EDIT** I have the email where you offered the discount “…if you’d be kind enough to remove the review…”. There was never an offer to replace with a different product. In fact, the woman I spoke to was not kind, she was rude and argumentative from the beginning of the call. Your ‘apology email’ reads like you have it on cut and paste (likely be cause get lots of complaints), you thanked me for being a customer for 4 years (this was my first and last order) and that I’ve been buying stretcher bars (I have not). You’re company is rude, unprofessional and has lost my business.
