Let me just start off with how happy I am with the results that I got from their laser removal. I had gone to multiple places to get this done but they did not give me close to the result that I was expecting. The first time I came to this locations was for medical care, the staff and doctor was so nice and patient with me and this is how I found out of everything they offer. The staff and doctors took their time to help me out with questions that I had and did not rush anything. I am so glad I decided to give laser removal one more chance since how good it worked for me. The machines they are using are so effective and gave me the results I’ve expected for a long time now. They are very organized as well and will try to help you as best as they can. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend to everyone.

Will be filing a complaint against the young female Armenian doctor there. Very rude and lacking basic empathy or drive to be helpful. First time I went very ill and she denied anything was wrong with me. Asked me what I want her to do. I felt helpless and in tears because I was in a lot of pain. She stood there like a robot. Emotionless and cold. Second time I take my young daughter for a pink eye consult. She got sent home from school for it. Doctor comes in and barely glances at her and says “where’s the pink?” I show her and she says “no, those are just enlarged blood vessels” again leaving us hopeless and only recommended a doctors note that stated she doesn’t have pink eye. She has yellow discharge and crust… won’t give me eyedrops, simply. Thankfully I had another appointment elsewhere and that doctor DID diagnose pink eye for my daughter!!! Shameful practice. I hope she changes career path or has a change of heart on feeling she cares for others again.

Got my laser done and at first I was surprised to see that this laser machine requires gel, but I guess that’s what did the with work for me. Other laser machines weren’t able to bring the results this machine did. Everyone was very welcoming and nice, had a great experience.

Was so impressed with the Forma Facial I got that needed to leave a review. It was my daughters engagement party and I wanted to look fresh, so I tried this treatment - Forma they also call it red carpet treatment. And I was wowed by results. I felt the results as soon as the treatment was over. My skin looked super tight ! I highly recommend it. Will definitely come next week for another one.
