My husband and I stopped in Memphis on our way back to Seattle. Too tired to drive further. We had trouble finding a room so late, but we were able to get one at Travelodge. We were afraid due to other reviews. However, everything was great. Check-in was smooth and easy. Desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and large. Loved the shower....hot water stayed hot lol unlike some hotels we've stayed at. The hotel is perfect for Elvis lovers. We were lucky enough to meet the general manager, Harold and he was super knowledgeable. He told us a lot of Elvis facts that we did not know. We pass through the area a few times a year and this will be our go to hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was gross and disgusting. When you walked in you could smell the pot and cigarette smoke in the lobby and the public bathrooms. The rooms were way worse. Burn marks on the carpet, mold in the shower, a pile of dirt in the corner of the bathroom, the shower curtain rod wasn't properly attached to the wall and the replaced the toilet tank cover with one that didn't fit. This did allow easier access to adjust the flapper so the tank would fill. There was no breakfast of any kind as it was listed when I booked the room. The elevator was mechanically a disaster. We thought for sure would just give out and that was how we world die on our vacation.

Ok, so I think I got lucky. Even so, I just want to say, if you are going to stay more than one night and can avoid staying here, avoid it. If you need a place to stay for one night and leave early in the morning, not the end of the world, but it really is messy. Room smelled nice but sheets were stained and the bathroom smelled the way clothes do when they're damp and don't dry well. Not sure how this is a the star hotel, it reminds me more of a motel.

I ordered a room because of ice Strom put our utilities out and our apartment was very cold. So once we got inside our room it appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. Then we saw roaches on the walls and they were fast. Roaches in bathroom and there wasn't a chair for the, desk.

Yeah just til the day you set it up for checking in on the day you come
The Deposit is standard at most hotels... I can't say much about the administration fee. I didnt have one when I stayed there so idk what that is. I'd call them to verify.
Not sure. But I always just called the front desk.
My wife and I stayed one night for $65 I'm pretty sure you can call and ask. If you make reservations may be cheaper
No the hotel doesn't actually have truck parking for big trucks like 18 wheelers. However there is an area within 3 mins walking distance where all the 18 wheeler park. Hope this was helpful.
The number of guests allowed depends on your booking. It is a maximum of 4 no matter what. Make sure you check your reservation details as each reservation is different depending on where you booked your stay. Thanks for your interest in staying with us.
Hello Jai. The pool will probably be open within 2 / 3 weeks or so, depending upon the weather. It is in the process of being reopened. In the meantime, you are welcome to use our fitness center as well. We're looking forward to seeing you soon here!
I would say check the online rate because sometimes the online rate is low enough that you don't really need a weekly rate...
No they are not accommodating. I cancelled a room early and not only did they not want to refund the remaining outstanding amount they also tried to add erroneous charges and double billed. Avoid staying here at all costs.
What kind of breakfast is it
