Wells Fargo has 4 locations .. the Bartlett location has no ATM....didn't even send a notice that the machine was being removed. I hate I wasted all that expensive gas on ALL THOSE TRIPS JUST TO NOT BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT MY CASH.... I hate wasting my precious time on extra trips to other locations just to make a FREAKING DEPOSIT!!! It's just STUPID

The representative who helped me was the branch manger and she was AWSOME. She made me feel extremely comfortable, especially during this crazy Covid pandemic. She was very professional and, handled my concern in a timely manner. 5 STARS

We weren't able to close on our house becausd they never completed our wire transfer to purchase it! When I called their location to fix the problem in time they never answered the phone so I had to drive there but by then the bank transfers were closed for the day. So upset by this! Now we haven't even bought our house and have had to scramble to find and pay for a hotel for the night while all of our kids fall apart after moving across country to get here. And we hope that our house we planned on buying today is still ours tomorrow. I can't believe this.

Much better than anticipated! The only complaint I have is that no phone calls are answered for this branch. I was anticipating a horrible experience when I read the reviews. But Danielle Brooks took great care of me and the teller was quick as well. Ms. Brooks was amazing in calling customer service and getting me taken care of. Super sweet person and knowledgeable as well. If I have any more questions or issues I will be going to her!

In my single experience at that location, it was a small staff with large demand.
Right I have also no one ever pick up it's very frustrating. I want to change banks just because of this.
Not anymore.
Generally $300 but your personal banker can change that for you.
If it's ripped badly most banks won't take it. You can try though, some banks can salvage it if it's recognizable and not ripped in little pieces.
