Very helpful and willing to sell you their product until something goes wrong with it. Received damaged flooring pieces and they refused to help get them replaced. Said they would look into and then never heard back. Asked for an update on multiple occasions and was told that they just assumed the material had been used so they didn't look into it further. If you order material look over what you received VERY carefully. The warehouse marked material as picked up 3 different times when it was still sitting in the warehouse. Brought this up to the salesman, Jim, who helped us out and he couldn't bother to even respond. A simple, "sorry about that I will let someone know." would have gone a long ways. Clearly they don't care about their customer service. On top of that, Erica, hounded us about paying for the damaged material but nobody would admit that they didn't address our issues with the warehouse or the damaged material. They obviously didn't want to admit to anything in writing or have any interest in solving the problem. Just wanted their money! Their solution was to just close our account which is fine by us because we wouldn't give them another cent anyway. Do yourself a favor and use their showroom to look at stuff but buy somewhere else!

Nancy Duong was so professional so friendly and very competent. She paid so much attention to detail to make sure our kitchen remodel was as painless as possible. We ordered our kitchen cabinets through CFM and I was not prepared for such a pleasant experience. I expected it to be a lot more work. She made it fun and easy!
