I think this place is more welcome if you new and very new for AAA costumers, have been here twice being a new AAA member and both him and her only welcoming for beginning, when we went switch to AAA, so basically they are happy if we switch to another provider, then after couples years come back to be AAA new costumers again. The words said let me know if you need anything is when you need to switch with them not really if you need anything, because if so she’s will Missing In action. Both experience we had with two agent him dan her not a different. Sound like they love to spend a months to find a new costumer than a second to lose one.
