I have lived at this complex going on three years. When I moved in there was nothing to complain about. Trash was always clean, hallways were deep cleaned monthly, maintenance requests were answered in less than 24 hours. It was peaceful which is why I kept resigning my lease. Sadly that has all changed. The trash is ridiculous and not maintained regularly. The security of the gates and doors are always broken. Anyone can get in if they want to. No cameras in the hallways. Bags to clean dog poo up are always empty. Management has changed time and time again and their excuse now for not meeting resident expectations is that they are were short staffed which no doubt they were. My guess is their employees are not treated well so why would anyone want to work here? Gavin, from maintenance is the only person left working here that may keep this place together. Always friendly and attentive for maintenance issues. Julia used to work in the leasing office but she has recently left. She was quick to answer emails and show empathy. Hoping this new management keeps their promises about a mass email they sent out about improvements but we have heard it all before so will believe when I see it. If no changes occur, this will be my last year at this property.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! DIRTY, BUGS, LACK OF CARE. This place used to be great before Bell properties acquired it. Since then, it’s gone to trash. They never clean the hallways, the parking garage has dirty caked to the floors, and it is infested with cockroaches. I’ve never been more upset living at apartments until now. I’ve contacted the office, the corporate office, sent them emails, and I have never got a response. I am not a disgruntled tenant, I am trying to save you the headache and stress I’ve gone through by giving my honest experience. Go ANYWHERE besides this place. They removed reviews on their Facebook for a reason.

Positive points 1. Location 2. Apartment Sqft 3. Well maintained GYM 4. Lot of restaurants , grocery stores nearby Negative points 1. Zero Maintenance ( corridor have marks of trash, you will find trash near elevator withbig stinky marks and rotten smell, no ventilation, Elevator got broke) 2. Zero Safety (Anyone can easily enter into apartments, there is no security for garage and home, Easy access to stairs from outside without fob) 3. There is a pond at the community which is under maintained 4. Staff dont take actions quick, don’t bother about tenants. All they need is Rent on time 5. Dogs poop around the building

The apartment is very new, the auxiliary facilities are also very complete, and the surrounding life is convenient.
