Decent place to live. The community is quiet, clean, and cute. The apartments are in good shape. They’re updated. Noise is low between buildings & floors. Gym and pool are nice. Gym could have better equipment. My one complaint is that maintenance is always requesting to come into your apartment. They’ve come about every 2 weeks (sometimes more frequently) over the last 4 months for various “inspections.” It’s very annoying when you work from home and have them interrupting meetings during your day.

Conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Nice floor plans with attached garages. The website is easy to maneuver and there are YouTube videos of walk throughs so you get a feel of what to expect just in case the floor plan of your liking is unavailable to show.

While I am in the process of terminating my lease early due to a a job opportunity I accepted in another city, I have to say that my experience here in the last 8 months has been fantastic - and I would have extended my lease had this opportunity not came up. This apartment complex is arguably the best bang you will get for your buck for the high-quality type of living that the Frisco area is known for. In addition to that, this complex is ran very well; probably the most attentive management team I have dealt with in the past (and I have lived in more than 5-6 apartment complexes). At the end of the day, business is business, but the people that work here do display a level of authenticity and care I had not come across living at other apartment complexes. From the management team always being responsive and attentive (they did not hesitate to change my AC when I felt it needed to be changed), to maintenance always being on top of any request I submitted (shout out to Jose, who always went above and beyond to ensure my standard of living was always maintained).

Great quiet neighborhood. Neighbors welcomed me the 1st week I moved in. Staff was very friendly and attentive. My aunt stayed with me for a few days and she raved about how nice they were to her when she needed to print some stuff at the office. I've lived for 6 months now and have not had any issues whatsoever. The apartments are very spacious and feel like a mini house perfect for singles, couples, or even small families. Maintenance is attentive and respectful. They always ask permission before entering your home. My dog loves the dog park and theres lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Valet trash. The pool is quite small, but I just go to a freinds pool if I want to swim. I do plan on living here for at least a few years. The only suggestion I would make is to utilize a mail program like Fetch for larger packages. You have mail sent there and they schedule a time to bring it to your house when your home, so no worrying about porch pirates. I haven't had issues with porch pirates, but it's pretty convenient. My previous apartment had it and it was wonderful. Just a suggestion, but I love living here.
