Very very rude person horribly customer service. I just spoke with. Who speaks to a prospective tenant in that manner. HUGE RED FLAG!!! I just called to make inquiries about leasing and a woman name Ashley picks up. I explained I wanted to inquire about a 2 bedroom, she said ‘ok how may I help you’ I repeated I wanted to inquire, not sure what else to say after that. However, the line was staticky so I said I could barely hear her, so I said, I’m sorry I’m trying hard to hear you, she goes, I’M TRYING TO TELL YOU BUT YOU KEEP INTERRUPTING ME what??? Who talks like that to someone calling to get info about leasing at your property?, I don’t care if you’re the owner of the property or manager no one should speak to anyone in such manner. She’s very rude and definitely condescending. I’m in complete shock! I see her name in one of the bad reviews so I suppose she’s the office manager, she’s no good to this place. I would never lease with such nasty person as a manager and wouldn’t advice anyone else to. Disgusting front desk!

Once of the best apartments that I’v lived in.. rent might be a bit pricey but it’s worth the money.. the management is very friendly and the community is always clean.. the service team is quick in fixing any issues within the house. Overall loved staying here and now have to move due to a job change. Will miss my apartment 🙃

Nicole has done an exceptional job of making the rental process smooth and easy! She is super personable and timely. So far, my time here has been wonderful. Quiet, clean neighborhood with ample parking. Love that my room has plenty of natural lighting as well.
