I moved in mid-June 2022. I love the apartment for my son and me. I'm glad that with the recent management change came more focus on the property and covered parking areas. I was unsettled because the lighting did not seem adequate safety measure but they have added more bulbs. I'm also happy about the hallway painting that will be taking place. Some of the pet owners are leaving feces on the grass and walkway. Hopefully that will improve. Thank you to the new mgmt for requesting that pet owners use the provided waste bags.

I had the pleasure of spending time at this wonderful location. The previous management had issues and wasn't the most pleasant to deal at times. I met the newer staff and they have been much more pleasant to deal with. I can see that the newer management is making a strong effort to make things right. I had the pleasure of meeting Juan and Jeremy. New management is doing everything possible to make this a more desirable location and I believe they have the right pieces in place to make this place a pleasant experience. 5 Stars for location and current talent on staff. Thank you Summit <3. Also, thank you to Jose and Jorge as well~ amazing maintenance staff. They do their best to be positive and helpful. Thank you for everything~

Hello future residents, Last week the staff of Highmark residential hosted a meet and greet for residents. Me, my wife and my son moved here last fall 2021 and we noticed a change of staff. So we decided to go and meet the new staff that will take charge of the building. We got to meet Jenny who is the manager of the building and Ashley who is also a member of the staff. They are very determined to do better than the previous management company such as fixing the building issues. For the past 2 weeks they have been here, we have noticed that the building is getting better little by little. I encourage for anyone who is interested in visiting the building to give it a chance. Many of the bad reviews were for the past management which are all gone. Me and my family have good hope that this new management will do a better job in taking care of this building and it has shown. For current residents who see this, they will have another meet & greet soon and we encourage for you all to join and meet them in person. They want to hear from us as residents our concerns and thoughts of the building.
