Long time (20+ years) Atiyeh customer. When we were ready to replace the carpet in our home, we placed our confidence with Atiyeh's. The positives were the knowledge of the showroom personnel and the range of product. We quickly chose a carpet that met our needs and we were scheduled for 4 weeks out. Installers showed up on time and that's when the problems occurred. Pictures ripped off walls, gouges in the sheetrock, and a hurried exit without a walk through with the homeowner resulted in an "average" score. The Atiyeh "difference" is sadly gone. I recommend you shop around. With Atiyeh's you pay for 5 star service and get 3 star.

Excellent product, excellent customer service. We decided to replace carpeting in bedrooms and wanted to have it done quickly. Our sales representative knew exactly which of the samples were in stock and it was easy to decide between them when I got the samples home. The job was measured, scheduled and done within a week! Kudos to Ramy and his team!

Tommy, an 8x10 would be estimated at around $340 for cleaning. If you can bring it in to us and pick it up yourself you would save 15%, saving about $51.
The padding used for rugs that lay on top of wall to wall carpeting is usually white on one side and black on the other. If it I'd this kind you can sometimes re use it sometimes. It is not meant to be lifted and placed back down multiple times. You'll have to feel the pad as you roll it up, if it still has some tackiness to it it should be fine to use, though it may stretch and some trimming of the pad may be required. With that in mind the pad can be rolled on itself if it's the kind I described!

Yes they do, as long as it is within their service area, which is fairly large, they go from Salem to a little farther north than Vancouver washington.
