I am moving soon and want to know if I can lift my pad that is used to keep rugs from 'skootching' when placed over carpet? I will use it again but it seems sticky on both sides. Can I roll it up? Thanks, Janet

The padding used for rugs that lay on top of wall to wall carpeting is usually white on one side and black on the other. If it I'd this kind you can sometimes re use it sometimes. It is not meant to be lifted and placed back down multiple times. You'll have to feel the pad as you roll it up, if it still has some tackiness to it it should be fine to use, though it may stretch and some trimming of the pad may be required. With that in mind the pad can be rolled on itself if it's the kind I described!
