Paper thin walls in rooms heard full conversations in our room, can't fault beds, rooms good size, still smell of old smoke. Staff however, can't see who is a staff member who isn't, some quite surly, others smile and interact. Management take note! If you don't care about your staff they don't care about your business ! Uniform brings a sense of belonging to a work community thus promoting pride in what they do. I wouldn't say this was a bad hotel,but it certainly requires some TLC staff,and decore perhaps invest in it please? Food very basic,but its ok.

Upon arrival front desk is welcoming. The hotel room is very nice and clean. Everyone uses the same microwave within the hotel downstairs since none is available in your room. Visuals from window are beautiful. 3 mile radius you cam receive a ride from the hotel to nearby entertainment (Beale St. and such). Restaurant/Bar is convenient but not worth the trip due to pricing. Parking mostly at your own risk of burglary unless you park in the garage. The fees once you enter the facilities are a bit expensive. I had to pay an additional $300 even though I already was almost $1000 in the whole. No smoking on the perimeter except outside (in the cold) at the time I went. Staff at times seemed overworked as I saw one of them low on morale most afternoons. The elevator went out and guest were forced to wait on the one available throughout the stay. Mask is optional. Gym access is only available by say of front desk. Not all equipment works but still usable. Snack area is easily accessible though options are minimum.

Staff was excellent! Darrian who worked the late night front desk was wonderful, Veronica in housekeeping was so warm and welcoming, and I can’t remember who checked us in but they got us in our room several hours early so we wouldn’t have to lug our bags around. Hotel is a little dated but I’d very likely stay here again. Great customer service goes a long way.

Really quite a pleasant stay, we arrived when Memphis was on a winter storm shutdown and NOTHING was open, the 1st staff member we met was Derren who was on a straight 3 shifts one after the other but he was brilliant! Not all we a were as helpful. The room was nice and big and had good facilities. All in a very pleasant stay.
