I bought a used BMW convertible from eimports4less (white color). Just few months after, I saw paint from front bumper and hood chipping off. The car rarely is taken on highway and used mostly on the local roads. None of my other cars have the issue. The situation has only gotten worse in last 3 years and I have to now spend thousands to get it repaired. I approached eimports4less and got a response that the bumper may have been repainted before and they can't help much with it. The carfax report showed no accident, so why would the bumper be repainted? The buyers here should get this checked beforehand to prevent expensive repairs later. Or better stay away since these repairs can be prohibitively expensive.

Late review but a fair warning for once you drive off the lot I bought a car in December of 2018. Ok. Everything good was disclosed. However if there is anything that needs attention - if you don't see it and mention it, forget about it. A few months after I bought my car I found a purposely drilled hole on the back right fender. One would not have seen it unless you sit in the back. I called to ask about it and it was the most unfriendly conversation ever. Sent photos to a number they finally gave me and never received a reply back. My initial experience was "Meh". The tail end experience was 0. In a world that focuses on customer service this establishment has none. ***Update*** George reached out to me the day after my review to offer help in fixing the hole, which I greatly appreciate. I am bumping my review stars up because of the super quick follow up. Once I actually have the fix completed, will update again!
