Sure, one person can handle all questions and help with your entire transaction. No need to speak with or deal with multiple people here. The same rep will handle trade-in questions, financing information, transportation quotes, warranty information, etc.

We bought a car few months ago and only dealt with one person. It was nice and there was no pressure for any upgrades or warranties. can you go to any other place and they're going to put the pressure on you for pinstriping in clear coat protection super wax and platinum extended warranty. But not here.
