After working with Be Healthy Nutrition, Kristin has showed me the proper foods to eat for weight loss and she provided me with a list of foods I should be eating for weight lifting. With her careful planning and expertise, I have noticed I am feeling much better mentally and physically. After many years of struggling with weight gain, I finally got real help through the expertise of Kristin Kleinschmidt at Be Healthy Nutrition. Her customized nutrition plan resulted in weight loss and, even more importantly for me, lowered my blood sugar and improved my liver function tests. I highly recommend this practice.

Certified Nutritionists complete a six month or less certification program after completing high school. The certification allows them to provide nutritional guidance. Registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) are trained to provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education. They must obtain, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, complete an accredited, supervised internship program of at least 1200 hours and pass a national examination.
