Boing is great. The staff are awesome, the activities are fun, and the space is designed with safety in mind. Staff: It is clear that the staff enjoy working with children. They are able to interact and engage with them to ensure that everyone has fun. They are also good at modifying activities and being supportive. Activities: Having observed several years of Boing, I was able to see how each class was designed to develop age appropriate skills that are foundational to gymnastics. The activities make the kids smile but also challenge them. As a parent, I enjoy seeing my child grow and get more adventurous. Safety: Having padding all around makes the gym a safe place. But what really makes Boing a safe environment is the knowledge of the staff. They know how to teach children to jump, flip, tumble, etc. while ensuring no one gets hurt. In addition to the weekly classes they also offer the space for parties. When we had a party here there was a wider age range of children but everyone still had a blast!

We couldn't love this place more! Mark and his family have created a positive and fun environment to learn gymnastics. My daughter has taken classes here since she was three and it is still the highlight of her week!

Boing provides an absolutely delightful experience for kids up to 12. They provide high energy and fun gymnastics programs without a competitive focus. We're hopeful their summer camps and Friday fun nights will be back once the pandemic wanes, our kids adore everything they do there!

During the year they have Friday fun nights for children 6 and up where you drop them off, they play and do activities and then show a movie.
There are different groups that are decided by age. The oldest group is 9 and up. Their website describes this class as follows "In most cases these girls have been Flipping and Twisting with us for a few years and are ready for some real challenges. But some are new to the sport and are looking for a non-intimidating place to try out gymnastics for the first time. Either way they'll find a spot to fit right in at Boing."
