Unhappy experience. SMELLY ROOM!! housekeeper & Management fault!! A clean room doesn't matter if carpet order is Offensive and unacceptable! Everthing else was great but the very offensive carpet odor in my room Spoiled Everything. They are very Very very very very very Cheap to not properly replace old disgusting smelling room carpets They could care less about your stay. They know room stink like smelly socks. Very sad .i asked for another room but said weren't any. Probably all stink like gross body odor. They probably haven't replaced for years, it was very disappointing to a so-called reputable chain. I should have a full refund no questions asked and willing to take this down. It's a real shame as you could have a great location but if ROOM CARPET SMELLS awful like bad body odor smelly socks. The housekeeping says nothing. If I ever likely ever return getting another gross smelling room you will give a full refund plus a free night. gross it ruins the night. Spend some money and replace carpets!!!! Get your reputation back! *If you can make this up with full compensation I will remove this review

Stayed two nights, both nights had people yelling and loud music playing most of the night unable to sleep most of the night. Complained to front desk nothing was done. Find a different place if your planning on getting any sleep.

Positive: The staff were excellent, helpful and fun. Lots of smiling happy people and we really appreciated that. The lady taking care of the breakfast area cleared our plates and talked to us. It was a great beginning to every day!

We picked this hotel for our weekend birthday get away for the kids. We were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. The clerk was super friendly. Wished the twins a happy birthday. Gave us a list of nearby restaurants and ensured all three of our rooms were on the same floor and near each other. The kids had fun in the pool! The outdoor gathering space with the fire pit was perfect for our pizza dinner! Breakfast the next morning was great! Even our pickiest eater found something she liked. We traveled with 5 adults and 6 kids. The rooms were plenty big enough and CLEAN!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
