Positive: Hotel as a whole was clean and well kept. Check in was quick and easy. Negative: Opening up room for the first time my key card did not work. They had to program it twice. This was finally fixed. Also, after a long day we came back to the hotel and room service had not been in to clean, no fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk

This hotel is at a great central location for restaurants and stores. They are in the middle of a remodel so expect improvements still to come. The conference center had cute decor but was very dark. The staff is what made our visit the best! (And the catered food) Excellent help from the hotel event staff, housekeeping, and food service teams!

Truly terrible experience. Would not recommend and definitely will never stay here again. My wife and I stayed here on our wedding night after our reception. We were supposed to stay in the honeymoon suite. However, after unlocking the door, we quickly realized someone else was already sleeping in our room. Apparently this hotel has an issue with giving away people’s rooms and double booking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay literally anywhere else. You are not a priority here.

This particular location is obviously older, but you'd never know it from the inside. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and clean. I absolutely loved the large shower with glass doors. The bed featured a plush memory foam topper which may have been too soft for my liking. There was plenty of space to set up my laptop and a large TV with sleep function (a necessity for me). I do wish they offered breakfast. Overall, it was a great one-night stay and will consider Holiday Inn for future hotel needs.
