The hotel is currently under renovation so only the lower level floors are available. If you’re looking for a room with a view you will not find it here until the renovations are completed. The rooms do have high ceilings which is a nice aspect. The location is very convenient to places downtown. Our room was boxed in with other buildings.

Had a great experience. Well located right down the street from the arch. Easy parking. The staff was kind and attentive. It is a really unique building. Some slight oversight in the room setup keep me giving the full score but I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Their system was down when we arrived, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied, another room in our group had been trashed and the hotel didn't seem to know anything about it. None of our 4 rooms were fully stocked. Everyone was missing something from shampoo to a coffee maker. A very important morning wake up call never came. Staff were nice but clearly understaffed. No bartender our second night. Furniture in lobby is terribly old and worn. On the plus side, beds were very comfortable and instant hot water in the shower was wonderful.

This place is pretty rough. There are no food options for lunch, dinner, or late night. Even the snack area was depleted with no bottled water, and limited snacks. No microwave in the rooms. For the duration of my stay, the bar area in the lobby has not been staffed a single time. We have been told by the front desk that if we want food or drinks we should go across the street to the Hyatt. One of our three rooms has been without AC for the duration, and they could not move us to a new room due to being at capacity one night, and computer systems appearantly being down the second night. Computer systems failed on night one of our stay, so a maintenance guy had to escort everyone to their rooms and let them in because keys would not work in the elevators or at the door to the room. The staff has been nice and the room is decent, so that's why they get two stars instead of one. In all honesty though, this place is a dump, much like the rest of St. Louis.

Nope. The hot rub is communal downstairs. The building is really cool though...old bank.
No. In the heart of downtown. Not close
No, but the bar in the lobby was pretty good.
Depends. They have bundles on the Hilton site where you can get up to 2 times the points. Read the descriptions on the Hilton site. You get the most points there.
No they do not. The hotel is in a building that use to be a bank. Just a bar and restaurant.
Parking is pay to park. Breakfast is available but not a free continental
