Positive: The employees were wonderful. The breakfast was nice. The room was spacious and clean. Negative: I didn't like the parking situation at the hotel and the absurd price for valet parking. The pool was also not very entertaining due to only being 3 feet deep

I was extremely disappointed with my room and how the front desk workers did nothing about it when I informed them. I arrived super late on my first night so I didn’t want to complain about the condition of the room then, I just wanted to sleep. Then the next day I tell the lady at the front desk that it’s very dirty, stains all over the carpet, torn wallpaper, stains on the lamps - just super gross. The water pressure in the shower was also awful. I informed her and she said she would have maintenance come fix the shower and a cleaner come the next day. None of that happened. No one came to clean the room especially, which was very upsetting with how the condition of the room was “given” to me. The only nice part about staying here was the valet service.

My wife and I love the service we’ve received from the staff! We had our wedding and reception here a few years ago and the staff helped to make such an enjoyable experience! I’ve always loved staying at Embassy Suites for their spacious suites but this location is certainly unique building structure, layout, and high ceilings. The breakfast is great and they offer delicious cook to order omelettes. The evening bar reception Is always a nice touch and the bartender was super friendly despite the number of guests that arrived all at once. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with friendly service!

The rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds, and high ceilings. Breakfast was awesome, with a ton of choices. Gym had very nice equipment, staff was very friendly and the evening reception was a fabulous touch. Only down fall is the gross green pool and dated entire swim area, money needs to be spent on making this area nice.
