The staff was lovely and attentive. The location is ideal. 7 min walk from the stadium..a tad more from the arch...very doable. There are convenience stores nearby.... the shared lobby space is great. Restaurant and bar hours are limited and the rooftop wasn't open when I stayed due to renovation. The bed is comfortable but I thought there were a few room amenities that were lacking. I'd stay again if they make those adjustments.

This was a great hotel! Very cool and within walking distance of everything downtown. I know a couple people have mentioned parking, but it wasn't an issue. They gave us a QR code for a very secure parking garage that was only a block away. It was $25 a day and you could come and go with no problem. The staff was amazing and the rooms were nicely done with amazing views of the downtown. Our room had 2 walls of windows. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! My husband and I stayed Here for one night. He was on quick work trip, I’m 30 weeks pregnant so we thought it would be fun to do something before the baby comes. He’s an elite IHG member so that usually comes with nice perks…. Except at this hotel. I asked For late check out ( which has NEVER been a problem at any other hotels we’ve stayed at.) lady at the front told me she could give me til 11 (she told me this at 1045) because they don’t have the staff to accommodate late checkouts. I explained my husband was at work and wouldn’t be there & she told me I could sit and wait in the lobby on him…. Really? Then I was Told that I’d have to book another night if he wasn’t going to be there (They ended up giving me til noon to check out by this time) my husband said that’s fine just book it because there’s nothing else we can do. I tried to book another night & the system was down so we couldn’t ? We ended up leaving the hotel around 1. While checking out they apologized because they finally saw his member status in the computer… but that still makes me question why treat someone like that regardless of their membership. There are PLENTY of hotels to stay in downtown. Do yourself a favor & don’t stay here.

The room felt cheaply updated. Bed was comfortable. Check in took so long we almost said screw it and made a reservation elsewhere. There was no remote for the TV. And the extra money I spent for a City View room was a joke. Was a decent experience, but will not go back. The floor in the bathroom 2and gorgeous though.
