First off, I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and don't have use of anything below my chest. My wife and I stayed for the night while in town visiting family. The room itself is spacious and the bed is the right height, but the bathroom isn't quite there. The sink - the cover under the counter hits my knees, preventing me from getting very close to the sink, so brushing my teeth and whatnot aren't that easy. The shower - credit for the folding seat, but the shower is on the opposite wall and practically impossible to reach while on the seat. I'm 6' so my reach is longer than most. This would be a 5 star room and stay if these were fixed.

Beautiful, clean rooms. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express locations and always feel they are very reliable; a big part of why I choose them. Though this one is different. It is likely because it is an older building, but hallways have low ceilings and very dated. In addition, NO sound proofing. At all. You can here conversations in halls, banging doors, walking, even the sound of someone’s pants rubbing together. It’s constant and very, very distracting. I often need a fan to sleep for white noise - and here one would be lovely except they are not available. The air conditioning in room is VERY quiet. I used ear plugs when the road noise started up in the morning in addition to hallway sounds. I paid 200 dollars to not sleep and when I did around 8 AM, house keeping tried coming in. Disappointed with this Express location.

I have been visiting this property for the last 1 year. A year ago, the rooms were nice but the lobby was under construction. The front desk staff managed to give great service in spite of being crowded into a small spot. The lobby has opened up since the beginning of 2022 and feels nice and spacious. And the staff is welcoming of both repeat customers like me (who they recognize) and new first timers. Tons of good restaurants in easy walking distance.

If I wanted to stay in a dorm room, I would've went to college. Door to the bathroom won't close, refrigerator sucks. Underground parking reminds me of every horror movie I've ever seen. After this stay (we're stuck here, unfortunately), we won't be back. Bed is comfortable, so there's that. EDIT: talked to the on-duty manager. Our bathroom door will be fixed, and our parking fees are being waived. Room still looks like a college dorm, but it's growing on us. Superior customer service by him. Thank you so much!

I suggest calling the Reception for details. Weight limits vary from hotel to hotel.
Maybe the reception will be able to detail the charges.
They have a shuttle but it was pretty lackluster and could never find anyone. I ended up using uber or walking. This hotel is terrible. Don't stay here.
About a half a mile. I am walking it in 10 min.
