Always clean, quite and on point with my stay! Love this hotel and it’s south side view!

My wife and me had both celebrated our 30th birthdays at the restaurant there because the hotel was already booked out. We mentioned this at the reservation. So at a Hotel like this, and with this prices you would expect at least something small or special. But nothing. Instead we ended up asking if you could have the baked bread everybody around us was served with. Felt very weird. The lamb ribs, the scallops, the bread (we basically had to beg for) was amazing. My steak (which was extremely high priced for something I could do in my own kitchen) was disappointing. And at the end, when everybody around us payed because their waiter cared about them, our waiter was serving wine to everybody inside while we had to wait over 30 minutes for him to realize that we want to pay. Extremely disappointing 30th birthday experience at the four seasons. But most oft the food was good at least.

Four Seasons Hotel did an absolutely unbelievable job with our entire wedding weekend & engagement. The venue is stunning, the food is some of the best food we have ever had (guests agreed), and the service was wonderful. Specifically Kristen Swidrak, the event coordinator at Four Seasons, helped us make every decision from small to large. She answered multiple emails with a long list of questions for our entire 18 month engagement. She executed all of our plans beautifully and made our wedding a dream come true. She met with and coordinated all our wedding vendors without our prompt, ran our rehearsal, and gave us her personal cell phone number the weekend of the wedding in case we needed anything. Four Seasons was not only beautiful, but it was efficient for the people planning the wedding & the wedding guests. You have a one stop shop for the food, alcohol, pastry chef, tables, linens, and day of coordinator. If you chose to not use Four Seasons house items, you can bring your own in - but it was so nice to only have to go to one meeting for all of these items. You don’t have to be emailing a ton of vendors because it is all through the same venue. For guests, once they arrive they don’t have to leave the venue if they don’t want to. There are great restaurants, room service, relaxing pool & spa, and more. If you even need a babysitter to stay in the hotel for kids during the wedding reception, they can help you find one! This made our process stress free. We can’t thank Four Seasons enough for their wonderful service & the beautiful wedding they hosted for us.

They allow ppl who use spa services to utilize the pool so maybe you can find a small package, other than that no. Call the spa services for options
The pool is heated to 87°F year round.
Yes
If you want pool access and wanna hang out.... get a pedicure or massage and hang at the hotel all day....its really relaxing and clean
I'm too lazy to look it up for you.
To be honest I'm not sure I know it contains a variety of candy and assorted whiskey and champagne and a charging cord and outlets to home and automobile also and few choices on soda
