Definitely not what I was expecting for a hotel using the Holiday Inn name, but it was a place to rest our heads for the night nonetheless. Our room was mostly clean but room service definitely doesn’t pay attention to detail. There’s handprints and oil stains all over the headboards— looks like they haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. Thankfully it smelled fresh in our room and there was nothing alarming. There aren’t many amenities. No breakfast, pool dried up etc… We stayed here because they allow pets which is nice and sometimes hard to come by on the road. One last thing I’ll say is the walls are literally paper thin. We lucked out at night to have quiet neighbors but come morning we could hear everything. Everything. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you could hear neighbors conversations, coughs, you name it, so clearly. It sounded like we were in a shared room.

Jasmina was able to assist with some very good breakfast options. Rooms were nice as well as the location of the hotel. Will be returning back!

I recently hosted a 90+ person event at this hotel, and after a few snags getting out communication worked out, the experience was universally fantastic. It's an older property and the age shows, but it was clean and the staff was extremely kind to us the entire weekend. The bed was great, the sheets were very soft, the shower was great; did everything I needed a hotel room to do. This is a local brand rather than a national chain, so I'm rooting extra for their success and grateful for the rad staff!!

This place is horrible if I could give 0stars I would. The best part was we got the breakfast here which isn't free like we were told but the breakfast sandwiches we got were moldy. The first thing we noticed when getting into our room was there was food on the floor next to the bed, the walls have random color splotches everywhere. The sheets weren't put on the beds the right way. The bathroom sink had no hot water, and the shower took 15min to heat up. The patio door had no working lock on the actual door so they just put a rod in the slider to keep it closed. The fridge just had a giant ice block in it and it had coffee lids in the corner to keep it level. The beds don't have any covers on the box springs but also the bed fram sticks out and is sharp. The shower facet is not caulked or secured to the wall. House keeping also just unlocked our door and walked in at 6am. Also this place is not next to forest park like the name applies it is like 5 miles away. Would not recommend ever staying here who knows what else is hiding that we didn't notice or find yet

I have found then to be very flexible with check in and checkout tines. Just ask.
I'm not sure but I would check their website or call and ask the front desk/help. Good luck
Call them and ask
The pool doesn't look like it is ever used.
