This has less to do with this specific office but I cannot find where to submit feedback on Aspen as a whole. I also tried submitting this on the Aspen website but what a surprise - when you hit Submit you get an error code. I started experiencing tooth pain about a week ago. I tried scheduling online but Aspen's site does not make it clear that scheduling is for new customers only. Also - why is this? You are allowed to be a new customer being seen for anything from a cleaning to tooth pain but if you're an existing customer, 'forget you'? At any rate, I called the Robinson office at 1pm on a Wednesday and got their machine. I called another 2 times in the next hour and a half and reached the machine each time, and each time the two repetitive messages confirmed I was calling within business hours. I called the emergency line and was basically told the line is for emergencies only - insinuating that my pain did not qualify. I called the corporate line and chose the new customer option so I could reach someone, and I explained to them what was going on. They made an attempt and also couldn't reach the office. They said they would send an e-mail on my behalf and suggested I keep calling. This was about 2:30pm. It's now 11am the next day and I haven't received a call back from the office. This morning I called another Aspen location and left a message, explaining I see online they have an opening and I'd like to be seen for my tooth pain. They called me back and explained that even just these openings ANYONE can view are strictly for new customers. I'm hoping whoever is reading this has enough empathy to understand that when you're in pain and have been giving money to a company, it's disheartening to see that you are suddenly not a priority. New customers going in for a cleaning come before existing customers who are experiencing pain; that's what I'm being told. While this emergency situation has been upsetting, I will still be going to Aspen Dental Robinson for my routine check-ups. The staff is friendly and professional. I may search for a back-up dentist that I can reach for emergencies.

Very professional, yet kind. No judgement! I was able to get an appointment quickly! Staff explained everything and went over my benefits & out of pocket costs thoroughly! I need several more appointments to get my dental care up to date & I always have anxiety- however I feel good about returning. I wish dental offices were not so open though. No privacy and others can hear you discussing your medical issues, etc., but that is every dentist office I’ve ever been to. Wish that would change every where. I am very pleased with Aspen thus far. 😀

It's extremely inconvenient when you schedule a visit involving getting your teeth cleaned and instead have to make an appointment over a month later to get a teeth cleaning. All in all staff was very nice. Just very annoying that multiple appointments need to be made for one service

The entire staff is great. Very friendly, not judgmental, helpful, and genuinely there for their patients. Took the time to do a thorough exam, explain options, and transparent with the price which was pleasantly far less than I expected. I would recommend anyone to go here and will be bringing my family here as well.

I was offered details on AD payment option. I have an employer sponsored & HSA plan and didn't prusue the financing. I will add this after the dental assessment (work needed) it was followed by a consultation with case manager outlining the scope of the work, options (implants; crowns etc.) the estimate cost and time frame etc. They took the time to completely explain everything without any pressure. I have completed an 14-month (need lots of work) program. I was highly impressed with how thorough the doctors and support staff were in their approch. I would recommend considering AD
I have pictures I can’t download here
Ask to speak to whomever is in charge.
I had one done there and if I remember correctly, without insurance it came out to be somewhere between 1500 and 2000 dollars. If you call them they can tell you upfront what the cost would be and if you are a first time patient there they will do the initial exam for free so they can assess what needs to be done exactly.
