The leakages have been two (2) situations. The first (1st) leak was taken was in the kitchen area. Several weeks ago, a leak was found in the pipes above the kitchen. Two (2) holes were cut above the kitchen ceiling and an additional two (2) holes cut inside the water heater closet. Of course, since I moved in the base of the water heater closet is is completely cracked and all the remnants left on the floor. I was informed "it is left open do 'DRY OUT'. My question is "HOW MANY WEEKS AND DAYS does it take to 'DRY OUT'. The situation remains OPEN and NEEDS IMMEDIATE REPAIR. The second (2nd) leak was in the Master Bedroom. The floor and carpet adjacent to the Bathroom was completely soaked. Several attempts contacting the Management/Maintenance led to: #1: It may be the adjacent apartment. #2: When that proved to be NOT THE CASE in #1 and dehumidifier was placed which ran for several days with me emptying the container bucket at least five (5) to seven (7) times per day. The bucket was large. #3: the Maintenance Manager then informed me "there must me a 'leak in the humidifier'. I responded there is ABSOLUTELY NO LEAK WITH ME EMPLYING THE DEHUMIDIFIER FIVE (5) -TO- SEVEN (7) TIMES PER DAY. #4: The Maintenance Staff members arrive on Thursday, 04/14/2022 in the morning. #5: This is my response to the MAINTENANCE REPORT: The job is listed as "COMPLETED"!! That is far from the truth: "THE JOB IS ABSOLUTELY 'NOT' COMPLETED. The bedroom is still a WRECK with furniture moved, three (3) holes in the wall, a non-working dehumidifier left and not plugged in, another device plugged in with the carpet uplifted going for 24 hours with me still paying the ELECTRIC BILL for something that is NOT MY DOING....but I am paying the electric bill for something that is absolutely NOT MY DOING!!. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I AM EXPECTING RETRIBUTITION IN MONETARY FUNCTION SUCH AS A REDUCED PERCENTAGE OR AMOUNT ON MONEY IN DOLLARS AND CENTS. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS EXTREMELY POOR AND UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE. Joseph J. Koczwara Apartment #10-1002
