We went here with our family that we were visiting. We were seated but it took 10 min before they came over to us to take our drink order and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our drink. The server finally came to take our order after we looked for her and while taking her order never took the drink orders of the second table after they also have been waiting. We then waited another 30-45 min for our food but we noticed that our server disappeared and no one knew where she was and we couldn't get anyone's attention. We later saw our server getting dropped off with donuts she picked up and decided to check on us after we looked for her for so long. The strawberry waffles were good but the experience in general was horrible.

I will never spend another penny at this location order my food and the waitress brings a over cooked pancake to my table with no silverware it took 10 before I got silverware to eat with my order was incorrect and I got charged for something I didn’t even get I tried getting I touch with a manager and I was unsuccessful i was so upset I didn’t even eat it the ticket came before they replace my pancake

The worst experience. The first time we came here we were greeted by the hostess who let us know real quick that there were “no clean tables”. There were empty tables everywhere, but nobody bothering to clean them. After waiting for 20 minutes she informed everyone that they were not taking any more orders at the moment. What a waste of time. The worst huddle house I’ve ever been to.

I did not get the drinks I ordered. Their menu is decreasing mostly breakfast food. Service was slow. Had to constantly ask for refills. They brought us an empty ketchup bottle and never came back to check on us. We had to get up and get keptchup from another table. One of our orders was grilled chicken breast and all we got was a grilled tender. It was rediculous.
